It must be practiced from the top. And it must be reinforced from the top. The article lays out the three basic components to the transforming your sales team. What you need to do BEFORE you start. What you must do throughout out the transformation and what to do after the initial roll out is complete. When working with my clients on these types of initiatives, I can always tell if they are going to be successful. Do the leaders have the commitment to see it through to a new way of doing business. This approach also applies when you building out your initial sales team. It is a quick read but well worth it.
