This is an interesting post, from Ben Fanning in smartblogs.com.
Both for the actual article and for the fact that job burnout affects a lot of entrepreneurs. We see it a lot in Solutions Forum, in fact. I’m going to ask my members and others to comment on this post on how they cope with job burnout. We know are meetings and private consults are two sources of coping, because people say so. Smoking and drinking are additional ways, but at the risk of your health.
The point of the post, and the message for company owners, and those who might start one, is that there are real physical mannifestations of job burnout, such as weight gain, heart disease, immune system problems, and so forth.
We’d welcome any comments on how entrepreneurs cope with job burnout.
