The best time to post on Facebook is 1 pm to 4 pm EST mid-week (not weekends, and not Monday-Friday.<\/p>\n<p>2. The best time to tweet on Twitter is 1pm to 3 pm (EST) Monday-Thurs.<\/p>\n<p>3.
