\n2. Bring totals! I don’t want to see all the receipts, I just need the totals of each category of expense;
\n3. A list of questions and events that happened during the year (getting married, forclosure, short sale, etc.)
\n4. Be prepared to bring me back homework (If your CPA isn’t asking you more questions than you’ve brought, something is missing, because the laws are ALWAYS changing!
