After doing the accountability presentation, to six of my Solutions Forum clients, several findings emerged:
\n1. All six had accountability problems with employees to a greater or lesser extent;<\/p>\n
2. The level of personal accountability on the part of the entrepreneurs themselves was quite high….they are present, they seek to maximize profits and they can be found anywhere in case of an emergency. I find in my calling for Solutions Forum that many owners miss on one, two or three of these personal accountabilities. Don’t be one of them.
\n3. Several had not acknowledged lack of accountability in their employees, even with their strong level of personal accountability;
\n4. They all thought that the form we developed for a combination of job attributes and personal evaluation would be simple enough to work for them.
