Evaluate Right, Hire Right

We notice repeatedly that businesses don’t hire correctly because they haven’t evaluated their employees at all. Therefore, they take the first person that appears half way decent, without really evaluating them against various candidates or previously set standard….what attributes the person should have. We use this approach in our courses A14 and E10, for Aspiring Business owners, and Established Business Owners, respectively.
Employees are getting increasingly expensive, and should be hired wisely, not in a hurry.
